Kori de Leon
Kori de Leon is an author, speaker, podcaster, and conference leader who holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Her publications include Age of Crowns and the Upheld Bible Study, and she is a contributing author to Lifeway’s new Women’s Study Bible. Kori's work has been featured in various publications, including journal articles, blogs, and online platforms such as Proverbs 31 Ministries.
As the Founding Director of Adoring Christ Ministries, Kori leads the annual EquipHer Conference for women and teens in Houston, fostering spiritual growth and community building. She also co-hosts the Adoring Christ Podcast with her husband, Bobby, where they explore the intersections of contemporary Christian life and timeless biblical truths.
Kori resides in Houston with Bobby, who serves as the Family Pastor at Grace Bible Church in the Heights, and their beloved daughter, Jade. Passionate about equipping believers, she dedicates herself to mentoring others, as well as, teaching women and teens how to study the Bible through biblical interpretation, understand its metanarrative and storylines, apply Christian doctrine in transformative ways, and effectively share biblical truth with others.
Her desire is to equip women and teens to behold Jesus Christ and become more like Him each day (2 Corinthians 3:18). Kori strives to awaken adoration that leads to transformation, cultivating a love for Jesus that inspires us to reflect His character in every aspect of our lives.
